RELEASING AND OVERCOMING WORRY
Release is to remove restrictions or obligations from someone or something so that they become available for other activity. The very idea of release shows that one is not available. In this case the idea is worry. Worry is defined as to allow oneʼs mind to dwell on difficulty or trouble.
It is clear that occupying the mind on fear and worry means that the mind is not available to focus on more productive things. Only through the release of negative energy and thoughts can one really then have the space to create what is truly wanted.
Releasing negative thoughts and disappointments removes mental blocks and barriers. Worry is simply a sign that there are things that one must work on releasing. This simple truth is that all of the energy used to worry can be switched to create the results that you truly desire.
