With love, there is nothing that can’t be accomplished. Love is one of the most beautiful emotions of the human experience but it still remains a mystery.

Despite this truth, one knows when they are experiencing true love and unconditional love.

Move yourself out of doubt and into faith, you must start right where you are. Begin with what you know and go from there.

THE POWER OF LOVE

Love is one of the most beautiful emotions of the human experience but it still remains a mystery.  Despite this truth, one knows when they are experiencing true love, true unconditional love.  

Unconditional Love is the infinite, eternal love that the universe, that the creator posses for all of humanity.  Within the idea of unconditional love, lies a deep unwavering acceptance no matter what the circumstances.  There a supernatural purely spiritual aspect that leads to an unending acceptance and belief in another.

The universe is purely loving and sees only the soul of humanity in all situations.  For it is, the soul's quest to evolve and become a beckon of love under all experiences, unconditionally.  Unconditional love gives the soul wings.

This is the highest expression of love. This is the love that we as humans strive to develop to give ourselves to give to others and to receive.

DAILY EXERCISE
ACTIVATE THE POWER WITHIN

If you want to put your life into a more positive framework, here are some TIPS to help you start:

1) Take responsibility for yourself, your actions and your feelings. They are yours, and you are the only person who can influence them.

2) Take inventory. What is your present situation? Go through every aspect- health, finances, job, relationship, and self-image.

3) Make a list of the positive points you would like to improve?

4) Make a list of things you want to change and put them in order of priority. Go through each item.

5) Look at the first point on your list. What is this item? Take it apart and determine which are the external factors that come into play.

6) Remember how strong and capable you are.

7) Have a support team around you.

8) Have a strong and clear intention and follow it through with a plan.


 

 

MATCHA PANCAKES

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 20 mins
Yield: Serves 4-6
 

Ingredients

3 bananas
1 c. gluten free flour (I use Bob’s Redmill Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flour)
1 1/2 c. oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp. matcha powder
strawberries for garnishing
 

Chocolate Sauce (optional)

1 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil

 

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet (or your pancake griddle) over medium-low heat. Combine all ingredients in your blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Grease your griddle with coconut oil and pour your batter. These might cook a bit faster than you are used to, so keep an eye out. When you start to see little bubbles form on the surface, it’s time to flip! Repeat until all the batter is gone.
  3. To make your chocolate sauce, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a measuring cup and microwave until melted, about a minute-a minute and a half.
  4. Pour chocolate sauce over pancakes and serve with fresh strawberries!
