Dear Friends,

This may be the start of summer, but it’s an uncertain time for just about everyone. As we start summer, millions are still struggling with the new normal of practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Everyone has experienced these last three months in various different ways. If we can all try to express gratitude for what we already have, who we are, and what we can be as a positive new world. Let’s take positive action in creating new energy within ourselves. Maybe start to create new ideas and habits this summer. What ideas are calling you? What new vision are you moving towards? What desire are you harboring? How are you choosing to use this time and your greatest asset—your mind?

Take this moment to enjoy each moment of this life!

Love and appreciation,

Trust the natural flow of life. Your greatness is guaranteed. You will find love, be happy, and know what it feels like to never be afraid or hurt again.

Each time you open your heart to love, you take a risk. The people you love may or may not be capable of loving you in return. They may not treat you well or be authentic. There are so many risks you take every day when you love other people. When we give love, it’s because what we gain in return far surpasses any risks we take. The end justifies the action because of the sense of completeness that fills the soul once we have loved it.

Today, my life has been perfectly arranged for my highest good.

Today, I am grateful and worthy of everything in my life.

Today, I keep things simple.

How loving and peaceful is a life that we create from a place of awareness! Take the time each day to list mentally your creations in life and become aware of your divine potential in all that you do and in all your relationships.

There are many ways in which you can encourage love to grow in your life. This exercise is designed to help you focus on the seeds of love that are already present in your life, waiting to be nurtured through your positive thinking.

1. I love to.
Write down several activities that you love. Think of things that are absolutely easy for you to do – things that you may not have received any training in, but are just good at.

2. I am...
Write down a few top qualities that you love about yourself or that others have seen in you. What are your talents and strengths?

3. Take responsibility
If you feel that you don't have enough of something in your life, make a list. What do you lack and why? And what steps could you take to fill that lack?

1. Take hot and cold showers:
Begin your morning with a warm shower. After a few minutes, step aside and change the water temperature to lukewarm or cold. Place your right leg back in the shower first, then work your way up the body.

2. Natural healing techniques:
Try Oxygen Therapy: a treatment that delivers high concentrations of oxygen to the blood to stimulate metabolism and fight infection. Lymph drainage: a therapeutic technique that speeds up the removal of impurities and toxins through massage of the lymph vessels.

3. Herbal immune stimulants:
Try an immune cocktail, put three carrots, one orange, one apple, and half a beet through a juicer. Make a fresh batch of this and drink every day.

4. Natural antibacterial’s:
Include freshly grated or chopped garlic, horseradish, or onions in your diet to fight harmful bacteria.

5. Natural immune boosters:
To stimulate the body’s natural defense system, try a natural remedy containing mistletoe extract (the doses are non-toxic) or prepared with Siberian ginseng.

Feel your feelings! Don’t judge them— just let them come and go without judgement.
