When we are willing to dream and receive the miracles of life they then begin to appear everywhere. So open your eyes and prepare to receive.

DREAMING

A dream is defined as a cherished aspiration, ambition or ideal. The action of dreaming is defined as indulging in daydreams or fantasies, typically about something greatly desired. Dreaming is a powerful concept that is often undervalued. The greatest innovations and changes are created by those willing to dream. Those willing to dream are willing to break all mental barriers and imagine things for themselves and others that seem impossible.

The immense power of the human spirit can be seen in the dreamers. We are often afraid to think outside the box in the simplest ways. The idea of innovation seems very foreign and strange to most. Creating massive change in any area of our lives requires massive dreaming.

Falafel Burgers
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Total Time: 30 min
Yield: 4 Falafel Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1uc0u8260 2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1uc0u8260 2 tsp salt
  • 1uc0u8260 2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 gluten free hamburger buns

Toppings:

  • lettuce
  • sliced tomato
  • sliced onion
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • 1-2 avocados (may use as slices or as avocado cream)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chickpeas, oats, spices, and baking powder together in your food processor/blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Form into 4 patties with your hands. If baking, bake on 375 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway in between.
  3. If grilling, grill as you normally would grill. Top with toppings and devour!
  4. To make the avocado cream, add the avocado in your food processor/blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add a splash of water/almond milk.

Working with Dreaming

Take a few moments every day preferably in the morning to spend dreaming. Sit at your desk or outside in nature. Simply allow your mind to dream many types of things.It is important to allow your mind to dream uncensored.

Don’92t limit yourself. It is important to dream the impossible and dream things that seem out of this world.

This exercise will help you immensely in all areas of life where you are seeking to make and create any type of change.
